After working with the article "How Good is Good?" I realized that things just wern't working out the way I had wanted or planned. I still think that article was more interesting for the reader, but the paragraph format in "Abstracting the Essence" was what I was really looking for. This article, by Emily King in 1993, is about Graphic Designers making movie posters for films. In the beginning the posters were boring without much character because they had kept the same style from 1930's to the beginning 1950's. It said that independent producers could start making their own movie posters/pictures and let them be seen by the world. King speaks of Saul Bass and Otto Preminger making these designs and films; Bass designing and Preminger producing film.
